The terms that govern use of fineandfacets.com and purchases from Fine & Facets.

About these terms
These terms govern your use of fineandfacets.com and your purchases from Fine and facets LLC, a Colorado limited liability company trading as Fine & Facets, based in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, United States. Contact us at clientcare@fineandfacets.com. Our Shipping, Returns, Custom Orders, Privacy and Limited Warranty policies form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Using the website and your account
Please use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, misuse another person's account or send automated requests that disrupt the service. Accounts use one-time codes sent to your email address, so please keep your email account secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Product descriptions and images
We describe metal, stones, dimensions and other characteristics on each product page. Laboratory-grown diamonds are always identified separately from natural diamonds. A grading report is supplied only when the product or stone states that one is included. Photographs, illustrations, screens and virtual try-on can affect how color and size appear; they do not replace the written specifications. Please ask us before buying if any detail is unclear.

Prices, availability and orders
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and any delivery charges are shown before you place your order. Prices and stone availability may change until we accept your order; your order confirmation email confirms that we have received the order, and we confirm acceptance by preparing it for production. If a pricing error or a sourcing problem affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding and offer to correct the order with your agreement or cancel it with a full refund. We will never increase an accepted price or substitute a product without your consent.

Payment, shipping and returns
Payments are processed on Shopify's secure checkout. Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch and delivery. Our Returns Policy explains which pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, the 15% restocking fee on change-of-mind returns, customer-paid return shipping and our final-sale categories. Our Custom Orders Policy covers personalized pieces and commissions, and our Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 90 days.

Styling, design and try-on tools
Virtual try-on is an approximate visual aid, not a guarantee of fit or scale. Dress Stylist suggestions and Design Studio images are produced with automated tools and may contain errors, so please check the product details before buying. Generating a design does not place an order, reserve a stone or commit either of us to a commission. Tool allowances are shown in your account and may be limited to prevent abuse.

Reviews
Only customers who bought and received a piece can review it, through the link we email after delivery. By submitting a review you confirm that it is your own honest opinion and that you have not been paid or offered anything for it, and you allow us to display it, with the name you choose, on our website and in our marketing. We publish every genuine review, positive or critical. We decline a review only if it contains abusive, hateful or obscene language, personal or contact information, advertising or links, content unrelated to the piece or your purchase, or duplicates another review. We may reply publicly to a review. You may ask us to remove your review at any time.

Content and intellectual property
Website text, photographs, software and branding belong to Fine & Facets or its licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping, but you may not copy or commercially exploit its content without permission. You keep your rights in material you send us and allow us to use it only as needed to respond to your request.

Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend a feature to fix a fault or prevent misuse; this does not affect orders already accepted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your rights in relation to defective goods, misleading descriptions or fraud.

Resolving a concern
Please email clientcare@fineandfacets.com with your order number and concern, and we will do our best to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have under the law where you live. We do not require arbitration, and you remain free to contact consumer protection agencies or the courts.

Changes to these terms
The terms in effect when we accept your order apply to that order. We may update these terms for future use and purchases and will show the new effective date on this page.
